TERMS AND CONDITIONS If the accommodation is for someone else, you agree to advise them of these terms and conditions. At check in, the person responsible for the apartment and the keys will register and provide a passport or nz drivers license AND a valid credit card in their name. The person registering must be the principal occupier throughout the stay. Sub letting or changing tenants is not permitted. IMPORTANT NOTE You will not get access to the apartment if you do not have the following; 1. Passport or NZ drivers license 2. Credit card in your name Bookings and deposits cannot be transferred to other dates or apartments, please choose carefully. Bed configurations are as described and cannot be changed. STRICTLY NO PARTIES. PENALTIES APPLY. IMMEDIATE EVICTION BY SECURITY FIRM. All our apartments are no smoking. You will be charged to deodorise the apartment on your departure if you have smoked inside it. The Apartments: Are fully furnished and ready to live in and each matches our detailed and strict fit out guidelines. At check in, your apartment will be clean with beds made and fresh laundered towels. Kitchens include ample crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking equipment. Laundry in all apartments includes washer and dryer. Some apartments have two televisions and all have a CD player and/or DVD player. Most apartments have a phone line which can make free local calls only. We will meet you on arrival at your apartment building and brief you on the apartment and the building. You will receive keys after registration and all the relevant information in writing. The arrangements for accommodation are as described for each apartment on the website. The price includes; • The fully furnished apartment of your choice. • GST goods and services tax at the applicable rate. • Utilities, water, electricity and phone line where supplied. • Servicing weekly including fresh linen and towels. • Use of building facilities such as pool and gym where it is generally free to all residents. Deposits: Deposit equal to one week stay is required to make a reservation. In the event of an apartment becoming unavailable the hirer will receive a full refund or accept accommodation of a similar standard in a similar location. Once you have checked in you are required to pay two weeks accommodation costs in advance (the deposit paid will be deducted from the first payment on check in). Two weeks notice is required to terminate your booking. If you are booking accommodation for another person you agree to advise that person of the terms and conditions of that booking. Charges from $250 apply to investigate and have security attend call outs due to noise or disturbances. Parties or activities which disturb neighbours are strictly forbidden. You must provide an estimated time for your arrival so that we may meet you or your guests and explain the main points of your residence. Check in is from 2pm and check out is 11am. When you depart; leave the apartment in a clean condition and remove all rubbish to the designated area. Pay for any excess cleaning and damages that have occurred by you or any visitor. Charges apply if you occupy your apartment after 11 am checkout. Late check out is $75 minimum up until 4pm. and overnight cost for check out after 4pm. Late check out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance of your departure date. Cancellations Deposits are non refundable within 30 days of arrival and prior to that subject to a $75 Cancellation Fee. Bookings and deposits cannot be transferred to other dates or apartments so please choose carefully. Bed configurations are as described and cannot be changed. During your stay: You must abide by the rules for the building that you are occupying. You must be able to safely operate household appliances. Our apartments are generally unsuitable for any activity that could be heard by neighbouring apartments. Parties and in particular any activity that can be heard after 10pm is strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed on the premises. You will be charged up to $125 per set of keys if they are not left in the apartment when you depart. If you lose a set of keys you must advise us within 24 hours. There is a $55 call out fee if you lock yourself out during your stay. You will be charged $400 to deodorise the apartment if you have smoked inside it. The Copyright Act prohibits downloading of any copyright material. You may not download any copyright material via the internet connection in your apartment. You may be liable for any penalties arising out of a breach of this law. |
