About the LUXY brand and Apartments in Wellington

Apartments in Wellington was set up in September 2006 to operate serviced apartments under the "LUXY’ brand umbrella, using the extremely successful business model established in Auckland.

We have grown successfully and have a varied portfolio of apartments to offer to travellers visiting Wellington. We provide good quality accommodation at very reasonable rates.

Linda Kilby is the director of the company and oversees everything from meeting and greeting the guests to ensuring each apartment is presented to an excellent standard.

On check in, you will be met by Linda or one of her friendly assistants. You can ask any of them to recommend a good restaurant, where the nearest gym is or how to get to your conference venue. Linda had lived in Wellington for 23 years, so knows it well and is passionate that visitors to this city should get the most out of it.

Whilst you are staying in the apartments, Linda or one of her staff are available to answer questions, fix problems and ensure your stay is trouble-free.

Our housekeeping team are keen that your experience inside the apartment will be to an excellent standard and work very hard to achieve this.
